The Moot Court Society (“MCS”) of Pravin Gandhi College of Law (“PGCL”) organized a Webinar on How to draft a PIL as another addition to its Happy To Guide Initiative. The registration details along with the Official Poster for the webinar were first announced on 29th July, 2020 and the webinar took place on 30th July, 2020 at 03:00 PM.

 

This webinar was organized to facilitate the understanding of the concept of Public Interest Litigation, particularly with the respect to the forthcoming 1st Intra Public Interest Litigation Drafting Competition, 2020.

 

After a brief introduction by Ms. Manasi Adeshra; Mr. Behzad F. Irani, practicing advocate in the Bombay High Court, conducted the session and shared Practical Nuances of Drafting and Filing a PIL, with the attendees. This was followed by a Q/A session and concluded with a Vote of Thanks from Ms. Nitisha Makharia.
